Silicon Valley is still the biggest hot spot for tech jobs in the U.S., but a few other areas have almost caught up. There were 9,874 tech jobs posted online for Silicon Valley between January to August of this year, according to a new report from Bright Labs, a new data resource center from the job search startup Bright.
